US swimmer Caeleb Dressel breaks two world records in one hour

On Saturday, the American swimmer Caeleb Dressel broke two world records as he competed in the International Swimming League final in Budapest, Hungary. Dressel smashed the previous 100-meter butterfly record of 48.08 seconds to 47.87 and become the first man ever to complete the 100-meter butterfly in under 48 seconds. Then around 40 minutes, he returned to the pool and broke his own record of the 50-meter freestyle world record by reducing the time gap to 20.16 seconds. Dressel’s double record breaking day came just a weekend after he became the first swimmer ever to dip under 50 seconds in the 100-meter individual medley.
